Agricultural Activities

The agricultural component of Green and Productive Madagascar (GPM) aims to go beyond simply supporting farmers and develop the agricultural sector in each region. Our focus is on producing and developing innovative products from existing agricultural resources, maximizing their potential, and creating new economic opportunities.

Our Pilot Farm Concept

The pilot farms by GPM are designed as experimental and demonstrative models that serve as references for local farmers. Our objective is to produce and transform agricultural products, test practices adapted to local terrain and climate, demonstrate their feasibility and effectiveness, and train local farmers in more sustainable and profitable methods.

Our Farm Goals

  • Creating edible forests
  • Making our farms a reference for sustainable and innovative agriculture
  • Encouraging local farmers to adopt tested best practices
  • Developing processed and unprocessed agricultural products
  • Contributing to village food autonomy and structuring agricultural sectors
